Indications Phenergan is used to treat seasonal allergies. How It Works Phenergan is an antihistamine. Dosage Tablets (10 mg, 25 mg) The recommended initial dose of Phenergan is 25 mg to be taken before bed. Dosages are different depending upon the condition and the person being treated. Consult a physician before taking Phenergan. Precautions Phenergan is contraindicated in people who have hypersensitivity to ingredients in Phenergan. This medicine may cause harm to an unborn baby.
