How It Works Sumycin is a broad-spectrum polyketide antiobiotic. It works by blocking the ability of bacterial cells to multiply. Dosage Tablets (250 mg, 500 mg) The recommended initial dose of Sumycin is dependent upon the condition being treated. Consult a physician for exact dosage instructions. Precautions Sumycin is contraindicated in people who have hypersensitivity to ingredients in Sumycin. If renal impairment conditions exist, tell your doctor.
