Indications Zagam is used to treat various bacterial infections, including those that cause Chlamydia, flu, pneumonia, staph infections, and strep throat. How It Works Zagam is a bactericidal medication that actively kills bacteria. It belongs to the Quinolone family of antibiotics. Dosage Tablets (200 mg) The recommended initial dose of Zagam is 200 mg. This dosage should be taken on a daily basis for a period of not less than 10 days. Precautions Zagam is contraindicated in people who have hypersensitivity to ingredients in Zagam conditions. This medicine may cause harm to an unborn baby.
