It can be used to treat some protozoal diseases, such as malaria. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication commonly used in the treatment of fungal infections. Dosage Tablets (100mg 200mg, clindamycin and clotrimazole) Fill the special applicator that comes with the cream to the level indicated or unwrap a tablet, wet it with lukewarm water, and place it on the applicator as shown in the accompanying instructions. When Clindamycin is indicated in these patients, they should be carefully monitored for change in bowel frequency. If significant diarrhea takes place this medication should be discontinued. Clindamycin should not be used in the treatment of meningitis. Do not use if you experience abdominal pain, fever or odorous vaginal discharge.
