Indications Ralafen is used to treat arthritis symptoms like pain and inflammation. How It Works Relafen is a non-steroidal ant-inflammatory medication. The mode of action for this drug is not known, but it is likely that it inhibits the production of prostaglandin, a substance that regulates inflammation. Dosage Tablets (500 mg) When Relafen is initially taken, the starting does should be 1000mg.
