How It Works Pro-Banthine is an antimuscarinic agent that blocks the action of a chemical called acetylcholine, a chemical produced by nerve cells. Dosage Tablets (15 mg) To be taken three or four times per day, and should be taken approximately 30 minutes before meal time.
