 Buy Lovenox, enoxaparin sodium Buy Clexane to treat deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, angina, myocardial infarction, and other acute coronary syndromes. The usual dosage for treating deep vein thrombosis is 1.5 mg per 1 kg of body weight, injected subcutaneously once a day.
