Indications Mysoline is used to treat seizures brought on by epilepsy, and other causes. How It Works Mysoline is an anticonvulsant that works by inhibiting the high-frequency recurring firing of action potentials by interacting with voltage-gated sodium channels. Dosage Tablets (250 mg) The recommended initial dose of Mysoline is always dependent upon the age of the individual being treated.
