Viramune, nevirapineChemical NameNevirapine Ingredients Active Ingredients: Nevirapine Non-Active Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, povidone, sodium starch glycolate, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. Indications Viramune is used to treat HIV. How It Works Viramune is an antiretroviral medication that should be used in combination with other antiretroviral medications, as HIV will develop a resistance to Viramune on its own. Dosage Tablets, Liquid (EU 200mg, 200mg, 5ml, 100ml) Tablets: Take 200 mg once daily for a period of two weeks, and then 200 mg twice daily with other antiretroviral agents.
