Indications Zelnorm is used to treat irritable bowel disease in women on a short-term basis. How It Works Zelnorm is a motility stimulant that can relieve abdominal pain. Dosage Tablets (2 mg, 6 mg) Take 6 mg of Zelnorm two times per day for four to six weeks. Zelnorm should be taken before meals.
