Indications Selsun is used to treat seborrheic dermatitis as well as dandruff. How It Works This medicine is an anti-fungal. It prevents dermatitis and dandruff by preventing fungal irritations in and on the skin. Dosage Tablets (2.5% 60 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml) Apply 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls to the effected skin or scalp. It shoud be allowed to remain on this skin for several minutes. In the case of the shampoo, 2 to 3 minutes, in the case of the lotion it should be allowed to stay on the skin for approximately 10 minutes. Precautions Selsun is contraindicated in people who have hypersensitivity to ingredients in Selsun, or who have sunburned, chapped or broken skin.
